Two thousand linear beaches become the track at which races take place.
Thoroughbred horses compete at sea shore with green horizon of “Doñana
National Park” and the whole seafront. This last spot is chosen by thousand
of spectators to watch races.
Attractiveness it has awaken increasing international interest for “Horses
Races of Sanlúcar de Barrameda”, mainly lies on special characteristics
of the spot at which it takes place- a natural improvised racecourse. It is
a wet strip sand released for low tide.
Unusual frame (linear racecourse with a great length) and sunny sunsets beauty
make up the so-called “Greatest Show of Southern Beaches”.
